1. General
Welcome to UrbanBliss! Your happiness with what you ordered matters to us. If something isn't quite right, you're welcome to return your product under the policy below — no stress, no runaround.
2. Return Period
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Requests made after this window unfortunately can't be accepted.
3. Conditions for Returns
To keep things fair for everyone, returns are accepted when:
- The item is unused, undamaged, and still in its original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and parts are included
- You can show valid proof of purchase (your order confirmation email works fine)
- Promotional or discounted items may carry specific conditions, which we'll always spell out at the time of purchase
4. Return Procedure
To start a return, just email our support team at support@urbanbliss.store. We'll send you clear instructions and, where it applies, a return shipping label.
Please pack the product securely so it doesn't get knocked around in transit. Returns should be sent using a courier service that offers tracking, so we can both follow it along the way.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order shows up damaged, defective, or just isn't what you ordered, reach out within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- A quick note describing what went wrong
We'll sort out a replacement or a full refund — and we'll cover the return shipping. That one's on us.
6. Refunds
Once your returned item reaches us and passes a quick inspection, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method you used.
After that, please give it another 5–10 business days to land on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Return Shipping Costs
- For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is covered by the customer.
- For a defective or incorrect item, UrbanBliss covers all return shipping costs.
8. Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges right now. If you'd like something different, simply return the original for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
9. Cancellations
Change your mind early? Email us as soon as you can at support@urbanbliss.store. If your order hasn't been processed or shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once an order has shipped, it can't be cancelled — you'll just need to follow the return steps above.
10. Exceptions
For hygiene or safety reasons, some items can't be returned once they've been opened or used. Whenever that's the case, we'll make it clear on the product page before you buy.
