Article 1 – Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
Consumer: a natural person who is not acting in the course of a business and who enters into a distance contract with the trader.
Cooling-off period: the period during which the consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal.
Day: calendar day.
Durable medium: any instrument — including email — that allows the consumer or the trader to store information addressed personally to them in a way that permits future reference.
Right of withdrawal: the consumer's right to cancel a distance contract within the cooling-off period.
Trader: UrbanBliss, the party offering goods and/or services to consumers at a distance.
Distance contract: a contract concluded between the trader and the consumer through one or more means of distance communication (such as this website), within an organized system for the distance sale of goods and/or services.

Article 3 – Application
These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by UrbanBliss and to every distance contract and order concluded between UrbanBliss and the consumer.
Before a distance contract is concluded, the text of these terms and conditions is made available to the consumer through the website, where it can be saved or printed at any time for your own records.
If, in addition to these terms and conditions, specific product or service terms also apply, you may always rely on whichever provision is most favorable to you.
Any ambiguity about how these terms should be read will be interpreted in the spirit of the terms as a whole.
Article 4 – The Offer
If an offer is valid only for a limited time or is subject to conditions, this will be stated clearly in the offer.
Our offers are non-binding, and UrbanBliss reserves the right to change or update an offer at any time.
Each offer includes a complete and accurate description of the products we provide, detailed enough for you to make a proper decision. Any images we use are a fair representation of the products. Obvious errors or mistakes in an offer are not binding on UrbanBliss.
Please note that colors shown on your screen may vary slightly from the actual product because of differences in monitors and device settings. We can't guarantee an exact color match.
Article 5 – The Contract
The contract takes effect once you place your order and we confirm it. We'll send that confirmation to the email address you provided.
If you've accepted the offer electronically, we'll promptly confirm receipt of your order by email. Until we've confirmed it, you may cancel the order at no cost.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to keep your data secure and to make sure your online payment is handled through a safe, encrypted environment.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your product, without giving a reason, in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
During this period, please handle the product and its packaging with care. Only unpack or use the item as much as needed to decide whether you'd like to keep it — much like you would in a physical store.
Article 7 – Costs of Withdrawal
If you exercise your right of withdrawal for a change-of-mind return, the cost of returning the product is yours to cover. If the product is defective or incorrect, UrbanBliss will cover the return shipping. Full details are set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
For hygiene or safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once they've been opened or used. Where this applies, we'll make it clear on the product page before you buy.
Article 9 – The Price
The prices shown at the time of your order apply. All prices are stated in US dollars and include applicable taxes unless noted otherwise. Any shipping costs are shown clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty
We stand behind the products we sell. UrbanBliss guarantees that products meet the specifications listed in the offer and are of reasonable quality. If a product doesn't meet what was promised, please contact us and we'll put it right in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
Article 11 – Delivery and Performance
We take great care when processing and shipping your order. The delivery address you provide at checkout is the address we'll use, so please double-check it. Estimated processing and delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. If for any reason we can't deliver your order within a reasonable time, we'll let you know and you'll have the option to cancel for a full refund.
Article 12 – Payment
Payment is made at the time of ordering through the secure payment methods offered at checkout. Your payment is processed by trusted third-party providers, and your full card details are never stored on our servers.
Article 13 – Complaints
We do our best to get everything right, but if something falls short, we want to hear about it. Please send any complaint to support@urbanbliss.store with a clear description, and we'll respond within a reasonable time — usually within 14 days. If a complaint needs longer to resolve, we'll let you know and give you an idea of when to expect an answer.
Article 14 – Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts, unless the law requires otherwise.
Article 15 – Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order is the one that applies. The most current version will always be available on this page.
