1. Order Processing
Once you place an order, our team gets to work. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way, complete with tracking details.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
2. Shipping Times
After processing, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
Please note these are estimates. Once a package leaves our hands, delivery times can occasionally vary due to the carrier, weather, or busy seasons.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination, so you'll always see the exact amount before you pay — no surprises.
4. Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door. If you haven't received tracking details within a few days of ordering, check your spam folder first, then reach out and we'll track it down for you.
5. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside our shipping area and would like to order, feel free to email us and we'll let you know what we can do.
6. Delays
Now and then, things outside our control — carrier backlogs, weather, or peak-season volume — can slow a delivery down. If your order is running late, please don't worry. Reach out to us and we'll help you find out where it is.
7. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of purchase. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, or goes missing in transit, let us know as soon as possible. We'll work with the carrier and make it right.
