Use

Select the cooking function, then adjust the time and temperature as directed by your recipe.
Cook only in the supplied removable pot. It is not suitable for stovetop or microwave use.
Use oven mitts when handling the hot pot or lid, and place the pot on a heat-resistant surface.
Use Keep Warm to maintain cooked food, not to cook raw ingredients.

Care

Unplug and allow the appliance to cool before cleaning.
The cooking pot and glass lid are dishwasher safe. De’Longhi recommends hand-washing the pot to extend the life of its nonstick coating.
Wash with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge. Soak stubborn food residue before cleaning.
Avoid abrasive cleaners, metal scouring pads and steel wool.
Wipe the base with a soft, damp cloth. Never immerse it in water.
Avoid pouring cold water onto the hot pot or glass lid.
Dry all components thoroughly before reassembling.
